Car Wash #2 CANCELED!!
July 25th, 2009 in the parking lot of the Mt. Joy Darrenkamps @ 10am-1pm
-Players should bring a bucket and sponge.
Car Wash
June 20th- Fulton Bank in K-Mart parking lot @ 1pm-4pm
June 27th- Rain date in the even that it rains on june 20th.
-Players should bring a bucket and sponge.
Signature T-Shirts:
April 2nd- Players will pick slogan
Monday, May 4th- Players will pick up T-Shirts in Coach Archer’s office.
Chicken BBQ:
Wednesday, May 20th @ 3:30pm-6:30pm at the E-town Fairgrounds
April 30th- Players should see Coach Archer to pick up their tickets.
Soccer Clinic:
Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st @ 6pm-8pm at East High Elementary (Fields 1 & 2)
Spaghetti Dinner:
Monday, May 11- Players need to pick up dinner tickets in Coach Archer’s Office
Thursday, May 28th- Spaghetti Dinner Night; Players need to be there at 3:30 to set up and will need to stay till 7:30 to clean up.
Pizza Hut Coupon :
Monday, May 18th- Players need to pick up Pizza Hut coupons in Coach Archer’s office
Monday June 1- Coupons are only valid on this date for carry-out or dine-in
Sub Sale
Monday, April 6th- Distribution of Sub sale papers in Coach Archer’s office
Monday, April 20th- Sub sale papers and money due; Checks should be made out to BIG E Booster Club
Thursday, April 30th- Delivery of subs in high school bus lobby
Hoss’s Steak House 20% Coupon:
March 23rd- Pick up coupons in Coach Archer’s Office;Each player will be given 10 tickets to hand out to people
Monday, April 6th- Discount is only valid on this date for lunch and dinner (20% of the lunch or dinner goes to the team)

All You Can Eat Spaghetti Dinner:
pick up tickets on Mon. May 11 in Coach Archer’s office
Dinner day, Thurs. May 28,
Cost – $4.50 per ticket. includes – spaghetti, bread & butter, drink, salad & dessert
Location – E-town High School Cafeteria
Time – 5:00pm. – 6:30pm. (OUR start & finish time 3:30pm – 7:30pm) players will
help either set up, serve or clean up.
Pizza Hut 20% coupons:
Pick up in Coach Archer’s office on Mon. May 18
Coupon day is Mon. June 1 (carry out or dine in)
It was decided that proceeds from Hoss’s, Soccer Clinic & Pizza Hut will go into a general Fund.
Proceeds from the sub sale, BBQ chicken tickets & spaghetti dinner tickets and the signature T-shirts will be accredited to each player based on their total sales for those fundraisers.

MARCH 23rd, 2009 Meeting Update
Hello Parents, here is where we are so far…
Hoss’s 20% Coupons – Pick up coupons in Coach Archer’s office now & start handing them out.
Date – Mon. April 6 (eat lunch or dinner at Hoss’s & the team gets 20% of someones bill if they have a coupon).
Sub Sale –
Mon. April 6, distribution of sub sale papers
Mon. April 20, sub papers & money are due: checks payable to Big E Booster Club
Thurs. April 30, delivery of subs, pick up time 3:00pm. – 5:30pm. High School Bus Lobby
Signature T-Shirts –
sign up for your t-shirt in Coach Archer’s office. Players ( come up with a slogan to go on the front of the t-shirt & the most popular one will be printed on all t-shirts) The back will have 25 blocks on it & all players are to ask friends, family, teachers etc. to sign their t-shirts for $5.00 a block. This will give each player a total of $125.00. The t-shirts will be white, slogan & outline of the blocks will be royal blue.
Wed. May 20 – Chicken BBQ will be on Wed. May 20. Pick up – Etown Fairgrounds, Time 3:30pm – 6:30pm. All players will be given 10 tickets to sell (we don’t want tickets back). Price $7.50 Dinners include (1/2 chicken, baked potato, apple sauce, roll, beverage, utensils & carry container).
2 day soccer clinic – Wed May 20 & Thurs. May 21. Place – East High Elementary, Fields 1 & 2, Time 6:00pm. – 8:00pm. Grades K-5 All players are to help run the clinic at least one of the nights & if possible both nights (remember, you can use this for your high school community service hours). Flyers are going to be sent out to all E-town Elementary schools & possibly Kraybills, Mount Calvary & St. Peters. We are advertising the Chicken BBQ & the Clinic on the same flyer.
2 – 15 passenger vans will be rented to transport players to Ohio. Vans will be driven by the coaches.
Beef & Beer – It was decided to do this fundraiser in the fall.
New ideas:
1.Spaghetti dinner
2. Bake sale at one of girls home soccer games
3. Get sponsors to purchase t-shirts for the clinic

FEBRUARY 27, 2009 Meeting Update:
Hello Parents,
Here is an update from the fundraising meeting.
Thoughts & ideas:
1. Sub sale
2. Chicken BBQ
3. Cake pans with decorative lids
4. Pizza kits
5. Beef & Beer
6. Hoss’s 20% coupons
7. Run a 2 day clinic (May 20 & 21, grades 1-6, time – 6:00pm – 8:00pm., chicken BBQ the first night of the clinic, players will run the stations at the clinic & also players can use this as their high school community hours, 1st night work on skills & 2nd night either 3v3 or game playing). These were some of the ideas tossed around for this event. Alot more details need to be worked out. We would like to form a subcommittee to work on organizing this event as soon as possible. If you are interested in helping on this committee or heading up the committee, please contact Lori Funck. Tentative upon coaches approval. The dates are also tentative upon getting fields at East High Elementary.
8. Charter bus cost compared to Sprinter Vans cost
At this time, we are unable to start fundraising for our players due to the Big E holding their Spring subsale. I’m hoping to know by tonight, when we can start. As soon as we can, we are going to start with the Hoss’s 20% coupon. What this fundraiser is: (we pick a specified day to go out for lunch or dinner at Hoss’s, hand out as many coupons as you can, whoever eats lunch or dinner at Hoss’s that day & has a coupon, 20% of their bill will be donated to us). This is a very easy fundraiser.
Thank you to all of you for your thoughts, ideas & help in this fundraising effort for our players. The next schedule meeting will be on Mon. March 16, 2009 in the LGI room at the High School.
