Fundraising Meeting
Old Business -
1. Theo’s Food – Thank you Lisa Brenner for organizing the event. It was a
success for all who participated.
2. Hershey Park – Informational packets are available for pick up
in Coach Sostack’s room. This is an individual account fundraiser.
Whats In Process -
1. Hoss’s 20% coupons – Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 28 at E-town
Hoss’s. Come out for lunch or dinner & present your coupon when paying
& 20% of your bill will be donated back to the E-town Boys Soccer
Program.
2. Clinic/ BBQ Chicken – Pick up BBQ chicken tickets in Coach Sostack’s room
tomorrow, Wed. April 28, 2010. Individual account fundraiser. Return
checks to Coach Sostack by Monday May 10, checks payable to Big E
Booster Club.
BBQ chicken is on Wed. May 19 at E-town Fairgrounds.Pick up dinners
from 3:30pm. – 6:30pm.
Clinic is on Wed. May 19th & 20th at East High Elementary Field 1.
New Business -
1. How many extra BBQ chicken dinners to order. A vote was taken
& 50 extra chicken dinners will be ordered.
2. Soccer apparel fundraiser (general account) – The discussion was
for hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts & sweatpants to be sold. This fundraiser will
take place in Aug. when the soccer season starts. If anyone is interested in
gathering prices, & samples of the items to be sold for viewing, please feel
free to join in the gathering of information process. This way , we can
compare pricing. There will be further discussion at the next fundraising
meeting. Your thoughts & ideas are welcomed & appreciated.
3. Car Wash at the Fulton Bank – more information to follow.

Announcement: Community Day Sports Event
E-town HS Student Council has been planning a community day to be held
on Sat., May 22, 2010, from 9:00am. – 5:00pm. Sports have had a long
history in Elizabethtown, and have connected its citizens and students.
This year, the Student Council would like to further link its neighbors
with our school in sponsoring a block party of sorts, allowing local citizens
to become better accuainted with our school’s clubs and organizations, as
well as local companies and businesses. On this day, Student Council will
conduct a softball tournament among all of the sports! This would require
our team to be present for part of the day on May 22. The tournament
will be conducted similar to the field of 64 in the Mens NCAA basketball
tournament-single elimination with teams advancing towards a
championship exhibition. Student Council hopes that all teams will take
part in the tournament. Our teams participation will surely show our
support for the school and the community. Please contact Coach Sostack
ASAP with your availability & any questions.

BBQ Chicken For Girls Soccer Team
If any boys/parents are interested in purchasing BBQ Chicken Dinners
to help support the girls soccer team, please see any of the girl players
tomorrow or at the beginning of next week for tickets.
