High School Coaching Staff
Head Coach James Sostack
Head Coach James Sostack was selected by his peers as the Lancaster Lebanon League Section II Coach of the Year in 2007. It was his second time earning the honor. Coach Sostack has led the Bears for 12 years, 12 consecutive winning seasons. He has his NSCAA Advanced National diploma.
Coach Sostack’s goal for his players is that they love the game and share in the brotherhood of working as a team.
Coach Kenneth Archer
Coach Archer joined the Bears’ coaching staff in 2008 to work with the goalkeepers after coaching for two years at Coatesville Area High School in the Chest-Mont League. He was the head boys’ coach and assistant girls’ coach for the Red Raiders.
Coach Archer currently holds his NSCAA Advanced Regional Coaching Diploma and has prepared numerous goalkeepers for NCAA careers. He played at Penn State-Berks, where he won a conference championship and was recognized as an all-conference goalkeeper.
Coach Jeremy Adams
Jeremy Adams joined the Bears in 2007 after coaching high school soccer for four years in Massachusetts. He assisted the varsity Bears in 2007 in their LL Section II title run. In 2008, Coach Adams led the junior varsity team.
Coach Adams is also the head coach of the Bears lacrosse team at Etown. He is certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance as a Double-Goal Coach and has his NSCAA National Diploma.
